Our Firm
Mark J Peniston CPA LLC started in San Antonio, Texas in 2015. In 2021, it was relocated to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Through the use of advances in software and technology, we can provide services to individuals and small business both locally and across the United States.

The firm is licensed to practice public accounting by the Colorado State Board of Accountancy (CSBA). All professionals designated as CPAs are licensed to practice public accounting and comply with the continuing education requirements of the CSBA.

Mark J Peniston, CPA
Mark began his accounting career in 2004 and has industry experience in banking, financial services, insurance, real estate, non-profit, and defense contracting. He has worked for both large Fortune 500 companies and small privately-held businesses. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in both Colorado and Texas, and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs as well as the state and local chapters.

Mark married the love of his life, Hannah Joy, in 2006, and they have two sets of identical twin boys. He believes strongly in the strength of family, community, and service.
